He has twenty-six (26) years of vast professional experience and knowledge covering Pre-Contract and Post-Contract Quantity Surveying Services involving Physical and Technical Auditing.

He has varied experience in scientific instrument calibration, needs assessment and analysis, preparation of technical specifications of laboratory and field equipment, and vehicles, and technical evaluation of bids.

He possesses a good balance in Planning, Design, Construction Management and civil works Maintenance expertise. He has extensive experience in Project Management, Procurement/Contract Management and Environmental & Waste Management.

He has varied experience in design of database applications using Microsoft Access, network design, installation and detailed configuration of computer systems.
