Ing. Albert Ashong-LampteyCivil Engineer and Procurement Specialist
Ing. A. L. Ashong-Lamptey holds a B.Sc. Civil Engineering from the University of Science and Technology, Kumasi and M.Sc. Highway Engineering from the Birmingham University.
Mr. Ashong-Lamptey has over 30 years of professional experience in the fields of Structural and Civil Engineering design and Contract Supervision.
He worked as Deputy Resident Engineer on the Construction of the Tetteh Quarshie Interchange, King Tackie Tawiah Overpass (Kanda Overpass) and the Ako-Adjei Interchange (Sankara Interchange) projects and played key roles in the project management of the works, review of the Structural Drawings and ensuring among others, that structural works are according to the drawings and specifications. He also worked as a Structural Engineer, Designing and supervising the construction of some of the SSNIT housing projects at Koforidua, Tema and Ho.
Mr. Ashong-Lamptey has vast experience in construction supervision of District Hospitals and Road Projects having supervised among others International Competitive Bidding road projects and Local Competitive Bidding Road Projects.
He is a Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Engineers.
